Do you ship overseas?

We do! Shipping rates may be higher and your package may take 2-3 weeks for orders outside of the U.S.

Do you offer returns?

We will exchange or refund merchandise within 14 business days of the date of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by an original sales receipt. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging. We will issue a refund in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. All items discounted at any % are final sale and may not be changed or returned. If you would like to start a return, please email thritfkndinquiries@gmail.com with your order number and zip code. 

How long will it take for my refund to process?

We will contact you to let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return is approved, then your refund will be proceeded in 7-11 business days and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment. It may take several days for the credit to post to your bank account. 

What if my order says delivered but I have not received it yet?
